The Pre-school room is very busy and action packed, providing the children with a wealth of experience, helping to promote independence and helping prepare them for school.
Pre-school have access to our outdoor area at all times making the most of the fresh air and getting to know the wildlife and environment.
The Pre-school room consists of the following areas:
• Sand and water area
• Construction area
• Mark making/ Cutting and sticking area
• Role play area
• Messy area
• Playdough area
All activities are planned depending on age and stage of development, pre-school work towards ‘Birth to three’ and the’ Foundation Phase’ early years curriculum in Wales.
Our role play area provides the children with the opportunity to develop their social skills in a warm and bright environment.
